Elva Stephanie is an award-winning tattoo artist from Poughkeepsie, NY, where she owns The Blank Slate. Elva’s tattooing is influenced by her love of art history and ancient civilizations (in which she holds a bachelor’s degree!), with her aim being to “combine the past, present, and future to a global clientele.”
